WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will normally ship within 1-2 days via USPS Wholesale orders usually ship within a week.
 
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T MATCH MY OUTFIT/DON'T LIKE IT/DOESN'T FIT/NOT AS EXPECTED? (RETURNS)

  • Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • No return authorization is required.

MY JEWELRY BROKE, CAN YOU REPAIR IT?
We are happy to repair or replace broken jewelry (usually at no cost). We don't offer repairs on any jewelry NOT from us. 
 
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
As a general rule, I suggest not sleeping, swimming, or showering in your jewelry.  Stay clear from spraying perfume or hairspray on your jewels. (spray first, then put on your jewelry).  If you want to avoid getting knots in your necklaces, hang them vertically. When you travel, put your necklaces in sandwich baggies with the clasp hanging outside of the seal to keep them from tangling.  There is no cleaning necessary. 
 
I'M ALLERGIC TO SOME METALS, CAN I WEAR YOUR JEWELRY?
All of the metals are nickel and lead free and hypoallergenic. (nickel is what most people are allergic to) The necklace chains, clasps and ear wires, are made of an electroplated brass. Gold pieces (pendants, leaves, etc.) are gold plating over brass. Silver pieces (pendant, leaves, etc.) are rhodium plated over brass. (rhodium is in the platinum family of metal)
